Meet the team
Dan Thompson - Owner
Dan always knew he wanted to start his own business. When he and his brother Jim decided the time was right, they entered a field in which they were both interested and experienced: roofing and siding. Dan loves working with customers of all types and solving their exterior remodeling problems. He holds numerous certifications including those from roofing product manufacturers. Dan is an active member of the community and is involved in LifeSpring Church, BNI, and supports multiple non-profit organizations. When not working or volunteering, Dan enjoys travel, fishing, hunting, reading and playing with his kids.
Jim Thompson - Owner
Jim's mission in life is providing a great work environment for employees of Thompson & Thompson 3rd Generation, Inc., and top-notch customer service for anyone needing exterior work on their home or commercial building. His vision has grown past his original goals and he looks forward to expansion into multiple states and growing the company’s loyal customer base. Jim is lead and ventilation certified and is always conscious of the family's and employees’ health as it relates to where they live and work. When not growing his business, Jim enjoys being involved with LifeSpring Church, woodworking and fishing.
Amy White - Secretary
Amy has been with Thompson & Thompson 3rd Generation, Inc. since 2010. She sets appointments for sales representatives, resolves customer concerns, and supports our staff by keeping the office organized and flowing smoothly. Amy loves the fact that the company treats everyone like family and also enjoys working directly with the company owners. When not working, Amy enjoys being outdoors, golfing, and spending time with her kids and grandkids.
Pete Wilson - Project Manager
Pete joined the company in 2017 after serving 25 years in the United States Marine Corps, bringing with him a wealth of experience in project management and oversight. He is asbestos, lead, ventilation, and OSHA certified and is an integral part in supporting Thompson & Thompson 3rd Generation Inc’s commitment to quality construction and customer satisfaction. When he has time off, Pete enjoys hunting, fly fishing, shooting sports, cooking and spending time with his family.
Dan Evans - Sales
A friend of the Thompsons, Dan is proud to be a part of such a close-knit, locally owned, family business. In his time with the company, Dan has become an expert in roofing, siding, gutters, ventilation, and insulation. He exemplifies strong values of customer service, hard work, and integrity, and looks forward to the future of the company. Dan enjoys the challenge of always facing a new task and takes every opportunity he can to learn about sales and exterior home improvement. In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with family, who are a constant source of inspiration to him.
Bri Marr - Executive Assistant
Bri worked in the construction field for the past six years and joined Thompson and Thompson 3rd Generation, Inc. in 2020. She assists with insurance, sales, managing project pipelines, and financial analysis. Bri enjoys the family environment in the company and is a great addition to the Thompson & Thompson 3rd Generation, Inc. team. During her time off, Bri enjoys spending time with her three children and family.
